What do Contacts do when they receive a notification?

  • A Contact and a USER should discuss and agree what action they will take when they receive notifications.
  • Agree a Plan.  Plans may vary according to the type of notification, your personal circumstances and the nature and frequency of the risk.
  • The plan may include contacting emergency services on the USER’s behalf.
  • It is helpful if Contacts have contact details for the Administrator Contact and vice versa.
